desktop PC where Windows 7

Faced with a very incomprehensible problem. I use SmartNAV mainly on a laptop with Windows 10, but sometimes there is a need to rearrange it on a desktop PC where Windows 7 is installed. Previously, everything was without problems. At the moment, on a Windows 7 computer, SmartNAV controls the cursor movement correctly, but the mouse click does not work. I tried and bite switch and the sip & puff

a suspicious moment has surfaced that when reinstalling the management program, 2 warnings pop up:
setup failed to launch installation class not registered
But what class is not specified.

I tried to configure DCOM. Couple of classes registered. But the problem was not solved. And Windows with errors at reinstallation all the same jump out. How to decide?

the problem with DCOM was solved with https://web.archive.org/web/20080118042 ... id=Q108312
classes are registered, but the click does not work.
the application was designed
a remote session can be difficult. I'm from Russia. writing in English is available to me, speaking English is difficult :)

....The device you have here is a SmartNAV EG. This particular device does not have the ability to use the Dwell Clicker. The SmartNAV AT, is the version you will need to use the Dwell clicker.
