TrackIr 5 Losing Tracking Constantly

My TrackIr 5 keeps losing tracking. If I do anything, even sit still, it will lose tracking, fling my camera everywhere, and the green light on the left goes out. The red lights in the center do not dim. I would appreciate help.

Hi 123,
Good chance you have some light or object interference in your camera view. Your camera should only see the three markers on your tracking clip.
If you change your Display to Camera View, are you seeing any red dots or extra green dots beyond your tracking clips markers? If so, remove the extra light or objects from your camera view. Let us know how it goes.

I have this same issue with my Trackir 5. There are no light sources behind me. I am using the 3 light clip on my headset. It worked fine for a while then the vertical goes crazy. In camera view I see the lower light of the 3 overlap the middle light when moving in the vertical...
