Stream mocap over internet for live performance

Hi we want to stream data from our studio to remote VR users, for our live DAZZLE VR performance. I'm also thinking of 2-way collaborations with our colleagues with Optitrack in Australia. What's the best method to set this up? - This will be especially useful as no-one can travel anywhere right now
