Downloads missing

Hello i wrote to a the team about this but i got no answer, maybe you missed my mail anyways im posting it here:
I got the trackir5 on amazon and the only thing i have to download is the sdk wich talks about an "assigneAplicationId" wich they didnt provide me a different version of the trackir software, so i wanted to just get the download links for it and ( if there is ) any other link i should be getting just to stop bothering you, thanks.
