Skeleton bodies are not aligned in unity as in motive

hi, I would like to visualize in Unity3D the skeleton as it is visualized in Motive.
Something like that: However, when I stream to Unity3D the pose of the different limbs of the skeleton seems that the limbs are not well aligned. Does Motive do some sort of estimation of the relative position/orientation of the limbs BUT only streams the raw center of mass of the limbs and their orientation out?
Could anyone help me with this? Is it supposed to be straightforward or not?
Thanks in advance.
