Hello .
Today i got my track ir5 with the pro clip and i installed the software from the official site but i get an error when i try to run it

The code execution cannot proceed because mfc120u.dll was not found .Reinstalling may fix this problem.

i tried a reinstall ofc but still having the same issue.

If you are encountering this error message it might be because VC redist is corrupted or not installed properly. Follow these instructions to reinstall both the TIR and VC redist packages:

• Uninstall TrackIR

• Uninstall Microsoft Visual C ++ 2013 Redist (x86) - 12.0.30501

• Initiate TrackIR software installer with administrative privileges to install the TrackIR software and VC redist package
