cannot access to gamelist

I have TrackIR 4Pro for a number of years and decided to try it in MSFS-Flight Simulator 2020.
I installed the software but cannot get MSFS from in the gamelist because when I click the TrackIR icon on the top-right corner and selecting “Check For Game Updates…” I always get an error saying:
"An error occurred while contacting the update server. The error was: The data is invalid"
I do have the latest TrackIR software and I did uninstall/reinstalled it (at the default directory) but the problem persists. The same happens if I delete the settings.xml file.
Can anyone help please?
