Change TrackIR 5's refresh/poll rate?

Dear developers,
Is it possible to change or limit the refresh/poll rate that the TrackIR camera uses? The default seems to be fixed at 120 Hz, which implies that games should run at 40 Hz, 60 Hz, or 120 Hz, in order to get a smooth experience. Is there a possibility to modify the refresh rate of Track IR 5 itself, eg. through a configuration setting? Let's say I would like to run a game at 80 FPS/Hz, I would adjust TrackIR to 80 Hz to get smooth game play.
