Camera IR automatically turns on after turning on/off PC

When I turn off my PC and then turn it back on, the TrackIR camera automatically turns on the IR, and I have to manually go into the program to switch between TrackClipPro (already selected) and trackclip, then back again to make the IR turn off. Is there any way to save this setting?
