TrackIR Pro software

Downloaded software and initial setup for Pro and profiles for DCS and MSFS2020 and then went to Options and clicked everything. Came out and it worked reasonably well in DCS but no response in FS2020. Shut down but when I come to restart by double clicking Track IR Icon the following message appears "another instance of the TrackIR software is already running" ?Shut down uninstalled and reinstalled but still get the message as above. Also switched the app off in Startup Menu. Just cant get into the app to do some tweaking - any ideas. For info camera shows one left hand greenish light but did show two in DCS - curently showing one green light and two red dots.
