How should I know the tracking precision of the Optitrack?

Hello,
Currently, I am using Optitrack to get the streaming data about position and orientation of my quadcopter. I am planning to use it for testing my EKF algorithm. However, I need to know the noise of my position data for EKF prediction step.
So my question is how should I know the tracking precision of the Optitrack? I tried to find it in the calibration process, however, it shows a lot of error info(see attached picture) and I don't know which one I should trust.
Also, I would like to know the noise in my orientation data, is there anyway to find it?
