Software wont start at all.

Hello, whenever I try to open TrackIR 5 v5.4.2 software, it wont start.. not even a single thing. Screen wont show, task manager doesnt seem to have anything.. it just do nothing. Basically, I click on it, and nothing happens at all.
Tried to reinstall it several times, restart computer..
Any ideas? never seen anything happen like this before.
