I had the same problem.. your going to have to place a shortcut in your startup folder.

Keep all three radio buttons checked and it should startup and then minimize to the task tray.

I have all three of the Startup settings switches checked. This appears to make no difference, as I have to manually run the application from the desktop icon to get it to work. Am I doing something wrong?
