Using keys in game and in track IR -a clash

Hello - I need help please with understanding TrackIR
I am running V 2.01 in Windows 98SE.
It runs IL-2 FB really well in enhanced mode and I use the Track IR defaults for enable; centre and F8 for enhanced.
Now that is no problem in IL-2 because i can change the controls in IL-2 so that F8 andF10 etc are not in the IL-2 game, yes?
So that when my joystick button activates them there is no input into the game.
Now, I have battle of britain BOB- and a problem . I cannot use the same trackIR buttons 'cos theyare fixed in the BOB game.
I thought to change them in TrackIR, and I know I can select hotkeys but I do not know how to make my IL-2 into a profile and how to make a BOB profile??-
Because these are enhanced sims, they get selected automatically when I use the sim, right? I don't need a profile?
How do I make a profile in enhanced mode for Il-2 and for BOB so that I can have different hotkeys ?
