Downloading updates?

Can I have a link to the updates page. Here I can get version 2.5 (for SmartNAV, not trackir), and 2.14 which seems to be the same thing. I downloaded 2.14 and it went into this thing about uninstalling all previouse drivers...so it doesn't sound like an update to me.
