Will I lose my rebate? and does tir2 support.

Hello, I just bought lomac and went to the trackir2 lomac rebate sight to check the price. It may be a little more than I can afford at the moment, yet the page said my rebate was activated. If I want to buy it later and close the window will I still be able to get the rebate?
Also I think I read somewhere that trackir supported snapviews; buy this I mean views that use the hatswitch rather than mouselook. Does trackir2 support this?
I really want one of these!
Thanks
Joe S.

As long as the sale does not end prior to you purchasing your TrackIR2, I doubt you will lose the rebate.
Not that I know of. There is a MKMapper utillity in the works, but I havent heard anything about it in a long time.
Besodes, with a TrackIR, why in the world would you want snap views? <Shudder>

The reason I was wondering if Tir2 supports snap views is for games that don't yet support mouselook; such as ww2ol. I was just wondering if it also works to activate snapviews.

The TrackIR does not support games without a mouse look or enhanced code built into the code.
But, there is a third party software that DOES make TIR work with almost any game. The details are around the forums in places, not sure exactly where at the moment.
Have a look around.
