Purchasing reflective dots from the UK

I am from the UK and I can buy the reflective dots for the SmartNav here if I want to but they cost £10 for one section of dots. Add to that £4 for delivery and £2.80 tax = £16.80 which is equivalent to just over $22 which I think is outrageous.
I clicked the link in the ‘silver stickers’ thread in this forum and the cost for a section of reflective dots here is $8. That is equivalent to around £6 so you can see why I am a little flummoxed.
Wouldn’t it be cheaper for me to buy the dots from here even if they do charge shipping and tax?
Failing that, as anybody got a good website where I can purchase these dots either in the US or the UK, please?
