TrackIR 5 not working in MSFS 2020

I just got my new TrackIR 5. I downloaded the exe. file and ran it. TrackIR 5 working good in the TrackIR program. But after it is running in TrackIR I start MSFS 2020 and I can't get it to work in MSFS. In camera view it shows that the IR is turned on. But in control Panel I do not have a Tracker show up. any Help?

Click the trackir button of the program, click "check for game updates...."in the menu, and then restart the trackip program

Also check game updates at the right top corner "!"
Trackir software must be run prior any games
