I posted a topic about USB cable length (re: ijhutch) a few days ago. I then called your tech support and he said he'd get the question to "Jim" (which I am assuming is you) and that I could probably expect an answer within 24-48 hours. See http://forums.naturalpoint.com/cgi-bin/ ... 2;t=000042
