Active tag is not recognized

Hi!
I have followed this guide each step, and have setup everything necessary to make active tags work.
All the equipment was bought together.

The active tags are connected with LEDS, and is turned on with battery.
Turn on was pressed very short and it signaled a red light, then a green blinking light (each 2/3 second)
I cannot see the active tag in motive 3.0..
I have done all settings in motive accordingly to the guide and still not working. I have tested two tags. Passive markers work.
