Hi all.
I have TrackIR2, installed, and it works fine. Don't know what version of the software (how can i tell)

However when i turn off and back on my computer, the TRACKIR hardware goes missing, ie. the software cant find it. When I disconnect and re-connect then it lights into life.

Any advice...

Does this happen when you turn on the system after hibernation? If so, check this thread:

This problem still exists. I've had a few e-mail exchanges with support since then, but no fix yet.
