I recently ordered the Track IR bundle the one that comes with the headset clip and shortly after I received my confirmation email with my order number and I've been waiting on my tracking number and have yet to receive it. I have emailed natural point twice already but have yet to get a response I know it has only been a few days but I am just wondering the status of my product. Also I tried putting in a ticket with Track IR but every time I try and submit the ticket it gets stuck on submitting request and the ticket won't submit if someone can help please contact me thank you.
