Cant Contact company re: my recent purchase ??

Just purchased the Trackir bundle. AfterI made the purchase through the web site, I got a separate window to pop up that indicated my order number and also a message indicating that I would be receiving a confirmation email re: my purchase. Well, its now been over two days and still no email.

When I went to reach out to the company to confirm myt oprder using the trackir web site, via the contact option, nothing goes through. Ive now tried a ton of times on different computers and whenever I submit my contact info, I get the same "Processing your request" loading circle that never goes away

Any ideas on how to best contact company?

Same issue - the website will not work to submit a ticket and there is no number to call. I came here to register and try to reach an Admin for my non-working product problem. Good luck.
