Track Clip Pro - Wire Broken

Hello - I have a TrackClip Pro, brand new, never used as I easily set up the hat tracker and used that. Over the holiday weekend I decided to set up the LED pro and got no lights or power. After trying different ports and verifying all looked right, I peeled back the foam to take a peek and the red wire is not connected. "There's your problem right there". I tried to provide a ticket at Natural Point but the system is down. It just says "processing" but never finishes even after leaving it for quite a long time. I came here to register and contact an admin but it seems my account is too new for that! How can I get some support for this product I've purchased....
