Hi there,

I have the latest TrackIR 5 software installed. The program works nicely. But when I exit the program, it freezes. I have to force to end it by pressing the 'cancel' button.

Can anyone of you tell me why this happen and how I can solve it?

When the program freezes and you have to force quit to get the program to end, do you see any TrackIR-related errors in the Windows Event Viewer?

Try running the TrackIR 5 software in compatibility mode. Right-click on the TrackIR 5 shortcut or executable file, go to Properties, navigate to the Compatibility tab, and enable compatibility mode.
