Where can i find TrackIR2 in portugal?
Does it ship to portugal?
I dont have a credit card that i can order online, do they accept cash on delivery?

Somewhere on the main page or online store page there is a link to international resellers. I would go there and pick the one closest to your location. I beleive there are one or two resellers in the UK that would be your best bet.
