Hi,

Just got home after a week off, and found my TIR2 on the floor rather than on top of my monitor. (It's fallen once or twice before, but no problem.) I've had a great time using it with Lock-On after the Lock-On patches came out.

Now, however, when I start my TrackIR2 3.03 software, the green light comes on for a second or two, and then turns off. Can't check it to respond, though I'm not sure what I can do.

My red light and blue lights respond to Enable/Disable and Relative/Enhanced mode toggles just fine.

My Tracking tab just gives me a blank gray screen where the Camera View should be.

Any suggestions about further troubleshooting??

Well, it appears that taking the plug out and putting it back in solved the problem.

Assumed that wasn't the solution because the red and blue lights responded just fine. Just that was wrong.

Hope others can learn from this. Sorry to have bothered any others.
