Hi, I was runing the newest version of the TrackIr software (3.11) and had some very grim problems. After some the TrackIr program would simply close down. That could be in game or when I tried to press the minimized icon. The TrackIr unit was still on though.

I tried to use 3 differet USB hubs with no avail. I didn't had these problems in 3.10 so I return to that and everything seems fine now besides the autoload not autoloading.

Btw is this the right way to report a problem or should I e-mail somebody?

Yes, this a good place to seek support.

We here at naturalpoint keep a pretty tight eye on the forums, and there are often others in the community who can and will answer questions here.

I've never seen the problem you describe,
so i've emailed our support personnel about this thread, and i'm sure they'll reply by tomorrow. thanks for your patience, Mark !

I shall install the latest LO-MAC patch and have a look at what you have described.

Hi Wayne, I don't think this issue has something to do with LockOn. It just closes in Windows, LockOn and IL2-FB.
