Profile problems in v3.12

Hi I have made two profiles, one called "MJ IL2" and the other called "MJ Lock On". I have done this because 1) I have my own preferences and 2) don't what them to be overidden when a new version of the TrackIr software is released.
When I start NaturalPoint and select my "MJ IL2" profile it loads up and everything is just fine. But going to main or any of the other tabs places the selected profile in the profiles tab at IL2, even though I have loaded "MJ IL2". Whats the deal? Or am I doing something wrong?
