Windows 10 error 0xc000007b starting TrackIR v5

Hello
when i start the trackir v5 program i get the following windows 10 error
C:\Users\crist\AppData\Roaming\NaturalPoint\TrackIR 5\Profiles

I have updated the Nvidia drivers, uninstalled and reinstalled the Track IR v5 software, but the error persists and I don't know how to fix it.
