Hi,

I just received a TrackIR 2 from a friend, and when I started up the software, I get

"The software could not connect with the Trackir device! The program will start but there will be no mouse control."

Did I miss a step somewhere?

What version of the software are you using? What is the serial number of the unit?

What OS are you using?

Direct connection to the back of the PC? No USB hubs in use?

What type of PC is this? Brand name or home made?
