Regarding Live Streaking Data From Optitrack To MATLAB/Simulink

Hello,
I am Shivam Bajpai, currently a MS in Aerospace Engineering student at the University of Cincinnati. I am working on Path tracking Algorithm in Simulink using a turtlebot 3 robot. I am trying to use Optitrack Motion Capturing System to get the true states of the robot in Simulink. But I don't know how to stream data from Optitrack to MATLAB/Simulink. I tried to find solutions online but, nothing works for me. I have set broadcast data of optitrack to the local network and my MATLAB system is on the same network with the system containing motive software. I humbly request you to guide me in detail to stream the live data from Optitrack to MATLAB/Simulink.
