Angle calculation

Hi,
I am currently trying to observe the angle of a certain motion . I tried to create three rigid bodies then formed the proper vectors to calculate the dot product of these two vectors but when i extracted the .csv file , it looks like a mess . So i am looking for alternative ways to observe the angle between three points in human body.Any help would be usefull.Thanks already.
