New IR 3 Pro - No data in Win XP

I seem to be having the same problem as other users here, no data, I cannot even get the camera view tracking window. I too have a lot of usb devices. I have done all the restore point, new driver, yaddayadda. Nothing. Zero. Zilch.
tbo I think a complete re-install of XP is a bit much and I wont be doing that in a hurry soz.

Have since tried this unit in my laptop and a vanilla PC. Nothing. I would say this unit is a reject, perhaps old even. I wondered why the chrome for the feet was rusty, perhaps this is an underwater version

Please contact me, if you have tried the unit on that amount of systems, we may need to look at the status of the unit, and I will be able to talk you through an install.

From the difference in responses between Wayne and I, you can see who gets paid for tech support and who doesnt.
