Suddenly TrackIR not detecting device anymore and hangs

wow after months and months of frustration citrix was the problem... unreal.

(my trackIR 5 was working perfect until last update..

Hi AlbusArgentum,

It is possible that the drivers were removed by a Windows Update. You should be able to manually add the drivers back. Please try the following:

Open up the Device manager and see if Track IR 5 is listed under NaturalPoint Devices. If it isn't, try unplugging and plugging it back in to see if it shows up as an 'Unknown Device' somewhere else. Once you locate it, you will want to update the drivers for it.

Right click on it and select update driver. Choose the option to 'Browse my computer for driver software', and then Browse to this location: C:\Program Files (x86)\NaturalPoint\USB Drivers x64\npusbio_x64.

Let me know if you still have any issues after trying this.

I had the same problem. removed citrix from my computer and problem gone.
Finally can enjoy my Track IR
