i have ir3 pro plugged direct into m/c running xp pro, pedals and joy stick plugged into usb hub and using fs2004 flying helos. all works great for a short time until screens goes blank and locks or system reboots. also when viewing ir3 pro program a ms error msge occurs requesting msge sent to h/q. indicating a problem with naturalpoint.exev3.1.1.0
i have read rantanplan's solution on memory but unfortunatley this does not help me to much at my level of diagnoses

Can you e-mail me the exact error message that you get, that will help me to find where the problem may be.
This is a common memory problem, but lets look first. Have you tried to swap USB ports to see if the problem is resolved?
