Windows XP Home - 1.8ghz Athalon Processor - 746 Ram - Geforce 4 (128mb)

Track IR 3

My track IR3 worked great for about 2 weeks, but now when I turn it on the green tracking light is always on, and when I look at the screen in the profiling sofware where you set your dot size, the entire window is green, making it look like the Track IR is tracking everything.

I've tried moving things around, turning off all lights and other stuff, but so far nothing.

Any suggestions?

Have you re-installed your software? If not un-install and also delete the NaturalPoint folder from your C drive before you re-install.

If the problem is still there then please e-mail me.

I would like you to go ahead and drop me a serial number with your details, and I would like to have the camera returned for me to check.
