TrackIR stopped working on first day HELP

I just sent this out to the support email but I thought I might as well post it here and see if anyone else has had this problem. Here is what I sent to support. Thanks for any help
Almost forgot here is some info on my computer:
Windows XP Pro
EPOX Ep-8RDA+ NVIDIA nFORCE2 mother board
AMD Athlon X2600+
ATI Radeon 9700 Pro
Turtle Beach Santa Cruz PCI Soundcard
I have USB X45 joystick and USB CH Pro pedals and both of them worked
flawlessly.
