TIR2, TIR3Pro or TIR4?

Guys,
Probably in the wrong forum but no other appeared appropriate.
It's not long ago that I bought my TIR2. Like some, I'm considering purchase of the TIR3Pro, as its a significant step forward in some areas.
However, I was dismayed to find myself so quickly behind the curve, after my last purchase.
So, prior to buying the TIR3Pro, I wish to ask if there's an improved model on the horizon? I dont expect news of Natural Point's intentions for six months or a year's time. My interest is for the next three or so months.
It's just so hard to explain to Mss Self-appointed CO why I'm seeking to sell at a loss the "thing" I had to have and want to buy a new one.
So help me out, if you can.
Thanks
