Anyone tried this with VR goggles?

I'm just wondering. It would seem like it would make the goggles almost too realistic - save the generally lower resolution.

My 3Pro is on order - very much looking forward to getting it!

You're gonna love it. VR goggles just aren't ready for prime time yet but it can't be that far off with the dropping prices of decent small LCD panels and improving performance of them.

I think NaturalPoint should start looking into using an incorporated system of VR glasses and TIR. I'm guessing that the limitation may be the bandwidth of USB2 for sending video data to the headset LCD's along with TIR data although I'm sure some type of dongle could be used on the VGA port.

Charvel,

I have to agree with you guys on this. I have seen this mentioned more than once on the forums.

In the meanwhile get the edimensional stereo3d glasses. Quite cheap and works awesome in some games. Am struggling with FS 2004 now so if anyone has it and has a good profile... It works at least but there is only a profile for FS 2002.

oqvist,

The eDimensional glasses work great with TrackIR, infact they sell the TrackIR and the glasses as a combined system.

If you can e-mail me at the office then I will be happy to send you the profile that I use.
