I saw your advice to Banraku to contact you reference his query as to whether he has IR3 or IR3 Pro installed.
I have the same question in that I purchased what I believe to be IR3 Pro but the main screen only shows 'TrackIR' and v3.10.
Can you tell me whether this is IR3 or IR3 Pro please. The Serial number on the unit is 017276

I have checked your serial number, and I have it listed as a trackIR Pro.
I see that you are only using the v3.10 software, I would consider upgrading your software.

If you could send me a print screen to my e-mail at the office then I can look into it a little further for you.
