Too Fast!

Yesterday came my TrackIR3 Pro. The Installation is very easy like I hoped. There is only one thing i like to change. The movement is much too fast for me. I really would like to set the speed close to real head movement! With FS2000 there is no need for me to check six. All I want is to look around my panel to find the switches with the mouse and look about 50deg left/right out of the window for better taxiing and better sence of speed. I hope this is possible somehow. Thanks for any try to help!
