Track IR to fast

I've had my Track IR 3 pro for about a week now and would really apreciate help in slowing it down. I've tried a number of diferent profiles but none seem to work to my satisfaction. I really need a profile that is as slow as possible and I can speed it up as needed. I have the Track IR hat and I've tried moving the unit from 18 inches to its currect distance of 22 inches from the hat brim. Thank you for any assitance you can provide.
