When trying to connect the camera and run the Motive program, there are disconnections(work for short periods), an "E1" is shown on the camera display, and the light on the back of the camera is reputed: blinking RED > GREEN > YELLOW.

There are another 2 cameras that work fine(meaning the connections, the software, and all the other factors are normal).
The problematic camera arrived to us, by delivery, a bit wet
Perupse updating the firmware will solve the problem?
