Much too fast

Hi Wayne,
Just received my Track IR3, installed easily enough but I'm having serious problems with The Head movements. I am using the the Tracker for FS2004 and set up the parameters
as suggested on page 23 of the manual.
when I enter the sim and press F12 to get it centered the slightest movement causes the view to spin around like Linda Blairs head in the Excorcist. Before I know it I'm either looking at the ceiling or the rear of the aircraft or the floor. The tracker is way to sensitive and I need serious help in slowing it down.
I saw a similar post to mine in the forum but I couldn't find your response.
