Center key passthrough to DCS
Center key passthrough to DCS
I saw a video in which the user claims to have set up the F1 key as the center key and also as the default cockpit camera in DCS. Consequently, when he presses the F1 key, he automatically goes into cockpit view and recenters at the same time. I cannot get it to work. When I set up F1 as the recenter key in Trackir, it recenters but does not pass on the F1 depression to DCS. Can this be made to work? If so, what do I need to make it work?

Re: Center key passthrough to DCS
Hello Maxwelltl,
In the Hotkey section, next to the Action drop down, there are three checkboxes. Try unchecking the one that says "Trap." As noted in the user manual, "Trap Checkbox - Trapped hotkeys will not be available to any other programs. Untrapped hotkeys will still perform the hotkey function within the TrackIR software, but can also be simultaneously used in other software that is running alongside TrackIR."
Kind Regards,
