Greetings from Spain... I have a problem with my T-IR 4... the base that holds the monitor has broken... the base of the T-IR5 is compatible with the 4???... I think not There is a replacement for this part of the 4... or does anyone know of a file to be printed in 3D... Thank you

Hello Aroga,

Thank you for using TrackIR and reaching out to us on this question. Unfortunately, we no longer produce the base clip for TIR 4, and the base clip for the TIR 5 is not compatible with the TIR 4 model. You may have to try using different forms of mounts/adhesives to mount the device. Let me know if you have any other questions.

What can be replaced TIR 4 if I can't use TIR 5? It seem to be not active as well as TIR4tunnel rush.

The TrackIR 4 has been discontinued for more than a decade as it was replaced with the TrackIR 5 in 2009. Would you tell me more about the issue you have with the TrackIR 5? Perhaps there is a setting that will make it more effective for you.
