Change values quickly

Hello team,
Is there a quick way in Motive to accurately change values in a text box? In Maya in a text box you can type +=180 to add 180 to whatever the current value is.
I have replaced geometry for a rigid and I want to be able to make these adjustments without needing to do the math in my head.
