Motive 3 Passive Jumping Marker Label Issue. Need Solution.

This is an example of Motive 3.01 oddly thinking a marker moves when it obviously doesn't. Issues like this really slow things down in production. Is there any way to automate things like this? It really feels like a bug.
I do a lot of recording and live streamed motion capture so it would be great if there was a solution for this that could work for both live and recoded.
