Small bug report (Autoload...)

Thank you for your good invention. I bet TrackIR will be a kind of Must have who enjoys flight simulator. I really like it. Thank you again.
But, I found small problems of its software (v3.12). Actually, Im not sure it is bugs or just my mistake.
First problem) When I press F8 (Motion mode) several times at the Motion screen. It causes an error.
AppName: naturalpoint.exe
AppVer: 3.1.1.0
ModName: naturalpoint.exe
ModVer: 3.1.1.0
Offset: 0000ac82
Second) I assigned my profile to the Lock-On:Modern Air Combat and checked Auto-Unload this profile. But the profile was not loaded automatically when I loaded Lock-On v1.02.
Third) I turned off the Hotkeys for Motion Mode and saved it to my own profile. But, when I reopen the profile, Motion Mode option is On (checked). I mean I can not save the state of Motion Mode.
My computer: P4 2.4GHz
OS: Windows xp pro. SP2
MEM: 768MB Samsung SDRAM
VGA: FX5700 128MB
TrackIR: TrackIR 3 Pro (software v3.12)
Lock-On: 1.02
The TIR unit plugged directly into the USB port
Thank you in advance for your reply.
